The City of Socorro is proud to present our 2026 Veterans Parade—a special community tradition honoring the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

Join us on Sunday, November 8, 2026, as we come together as a community to recognize our veterans, celebrate their service, and express our gratitude for the sacrifices they and their families have made for our nation.

The 2026 Veterans Parade will proudly feature veterans, military organizations, community groups, local schools, businesses, elected officials, and organizations from throughout our region. The parade route will begin at Bulldog Championship Park and travel to the festival grounds at Cougar Park, where the community celebration will continue..

The celebration will include:

– Veterans and military organizations
– Community organizations and local businesses
– School groups and marching participants
– Decorated vehicles and parade entries
– Patriotic displays and community participation
– A community-wide salute to those who have served

Participation and attendance are FREE, and all are welcome!

Interested in being part of this year’s celebration? Applications are now available for Vendor Permits, Parade Entries, and Car Show Submissions. Bring your family, wear your red, white, and blue, and help us line the parade route as Socorro comes together to say thank you to our veterans.
