Welcome to Socorro Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (SMYAC)
Empowering Our Youth. Inspiring Future Leaders. Building a Stronger Socorro.
The City of Socorro is proud to support the Socorro Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (SMYAC), an initiative dedicated to empowering young residents to become active participants in their community and local government.
SMYAC provides a platform for youth to share their ideas, develop leadership skills, participate in community service, and collaborate with City leadership on initiatives that help shape Socorro’s future.
We believe our youth are not only tomorrow’s leaders but also an important voice in our community today.
