🌟 Socorro Celebrates Small Business of the Quarter Honorees! 🌟

SOCORRO, TEXAS – The City of Socorro is thrilled to announce that Cafe Cocol and Enrique Cisneros Insurance have been recognized as the Small Business of the Quarter for Quarter 3 of 2025! These recognitions celebrate the resilient and innovative entrepreneurial spirit of the Socorro business community and spotlight two businesses that exemplify excellence in community-focused service.

During the November 6, regular City Council meeting, Cafe Cocol was recognized as Socorro Small Business of the Quarter in the Food & Cafe Category for the 2nd Quarter of 2025. Enrique Cisneros Insurance was later recognized on November 20th, by City Council and Mayor Rudy Cruz Jr.

Cafe Cocol – Food & Cafe Category
