Crisol Delgado: Honored as the SBA Women in Business of the Year!
For the first time, a Socorro business owner has been recognized by the Small Business Administration El Paso District Office. Crisol Delgado, the respected owner of Burro Time To Go, has been honored with the distinguished title of Women in Business of the Year by the SBA for the El Paso District. She takes great pride in managing Burro Time to Go, located at 9911 Socorro Rd.
Established in 2019, Burro Time to Go stands out as a delightful Mexican restaurant. Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, Ms. Delgado demonstrated innovation by incorporating food trucks into her business model, enhancing accessibility to the local Socorro community. Presently, she oversees the operation of two food trucks and offers catering services for diverse events. Notably, Ms. Delgado’s enterprise holds the distinction of being the inaugural business in Socorro to receive acclaim from the Small Business Administration (SBA).
On May 16, 2024, the City Council of the City of Socorro issued Resolution 795 honoring Crisol Delgado’s SBA Women in Business of the Year award and contributions to the Socorro community.
We’d like to thank our resource partner, Project Vida, for their unrelenting support for Socorro businesses like Burro Time To Go. We are proud of Burro Time To Go and proud to support our thriving small business community.
